Hey everyone,
Remember me? I, the blogger behind this dusty little corner of the internet, finally crawled out from under the avalanche of 2023. Let’s just say, “life happened” is an understatement. Every time I glanced at the last post date, I grimaced, internally apologizing for the radio silence.
Truth is, personal whirlwinds took center stage, leaving writing on the back burner. I won’t deny it, this site wasn’t exactly top-of-mind, and I’m eternally grateful for anyone who didn’t judge the cobwebs (blessings!).
Then, as the year limped to its finale and my hectic schedule (managing my own server, blog content, CPACC/DHS prep, puppy training, a Starbucks gig, job hunting, AND mourning the loss of my amazing ten-year-old owner-trained guide dog to cardiomyopathy – yeah, you read that right) finally eased up, reality hit: I couldn’t juggle everything. Something had to give.
So, I made a move. This site found a new home – a managed WordPress hosting provider. It was a fresh start, an opportunity to declutter the techy side of things and finally prioritize what truly matters.
The truth? This site still needs some TLC. It’s not quite sparkling yet, but I couldn’t wait any longer to say: I’m back! I’m not promising any fancy coding in this post, but trust me, I’m here to stay. I missed this space, missed you all, and I’m eager to start filling this corner with words again.
